"Now I can tell you, about success, about faith, about the lies, and the fall, of all the stars in the sky…Don't it make you smile?" - Let it will be - Madonna
I'll be bombarding you with content, information, interaction, and other goodies shortly, so fasten your seatbelts.
You're looking at a girl who is about to step through the looking glass, and fuckingwell knows it. I always believed it, and now I know it.
I've finally figured out the key to everything, the lesson that will be my salvation, this time around…
I'm pretty sure there will be hurdles again, but hopefully they won't cost what this one did….
Which is absolutely nothing in the end. I've always had everything to gain, and nothing to lose. What a mindfuck that is.
I've gained more on this journey than I could possibly put into words, and it's all about to come to fruition….. for everyone involved, including you, my audience.
I'm putting my cards on the table folks, and I have a house full of diamonds…. Just you wait and see…(I've had a complete house of diamonds two weekends in a row at Jen's (my best friend). We've been playing a game called school since the beginning of our relationship 20 years ago, and this has never happened).
Well, after Thursday's fiasco, things have settled in for another week. We're off to a slower start this morning, it being Monday, but we have supplies to last the week (including a book I'm proud to have picked up for Emma. It's part of a new children's fantasy series, "L'Archipel des reves" and they give the survival guide away for free. Way to go. Now when Emma begins to read longer books, she'll already be familiar with the characters. It's also in French, and she seemed keen on that when I introduced the idea. We looked at it a bit yesterday, and she happily went to bed looking at the pictures. I can't wait to see how it works out, cause it also has it's own lexicon. I'm giving her two languages to learn at the same time, one a real one, the other a surreal one. I wonder which one she'll teach her kids? If anyone could google a link and leave a comment, that'd be great. I'm on dialup right now, and it takes forever just to get that done. Well, that and we're running old Dell's….. it's a good machine, but she's dragging her ass, ya know?
