"I haven't got much time to waste, it's time to make my way" - Jump - Madonna
So, another slow start to the day, but early. Emma kicked me out of my bed at 7 am this morning, and I managed to catch a few minutes of "Amadeus" before I fell asleep on the couch again. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the plot of my favorite retelling of Mozart's story, it is told from the point of view of a rival composer, Salieri, someone who Mozart thought was a friend, but whose heart was so consumed with jealousy, he turned out to be his undoing.
"Was it all worth it? and how did I earn it? Nobody's perfect, I guess I deserve it" - How high - Madonna
Where is your promised content? It's coming.... the editing is finished, and I'll be uploading tonite and tomorrow throughout the day from my best friend's house. Hard to schedule things ya no, when you're dependant on others.
Speaking of dependants, I've been trying to harrass the boy (Justin, my eldest) to take his sister to see "Night at the Museum". We took the little ones to see it on the weekend, and Emma enjoyed it so much, she gave her review to a captive audience in the ball room at Guzzo Cinemas:
"That was the best movie EVER!" were her precise words.
I can't tell you why she'd say so, and I don't think it will win any Oscars, but it was the perfect movie for the moment, and we'll always remember it, so it doesn't matter.
So, the "Emma" for best movie ever goes to Night at the Museum.
