So, it's been a while since I've posted... I've been so fucking busy.  I've been at shows I think the last three weekends in a row, drumming practice, kids are busy with school and life and well...  I have a hard time sitting down and getting quiet time to write... or picking a topic for that matter.

And with all this activity going on, there's the steady stream of life underneath.  I'm on my fifth counselling session, and it's kindof helping... just to keep tabs on things and whether or not an outsider can observe progress... it's hard to observe progress from within.

Although you'd find it hard to believe that I don't observe progress... my life is online.  Perhaps it's because we haven'tput out an actual EPISODE of the show since the Lukas Rossi, but hey, forgive me... shit hits the fan when your mother dies... as I've mentioned before, some things are thrown into sharper relief.

I do notice other people more now though, and one thing I've noticed is how many people are ACTUALLY on the same path without even knowing it.  It's kinda neat then you start getting the picture...  way more colorful than the present, the future is, when you wear the right glasses.

Speaking of glasses, Hell still hasn't graced me with a view of the Buddy Holly's I got him for his birthday last month.

I suppose he's still wrestling with whether or not he wants to see TWO of himself in the mirror.

I wish Murder Ride would jam again soon... I'm getting tired of watching the same moment over and over again, and they haven't done a decent show since. (that I've seen, although I wasn't at the Rooster one).

I'm sitting on some footage of that that I just don't know what to do with.

The news this week is pretty heavy, and we've got lots of moments to share with Caution Inc. beating me with broccoli, Kankerface spitting beer on me...

and  The Robots, and Trole being perfect gentlemen... what an awesome weekend... and we didn't even have to leave home to find it :).  We'll also springing a couple of surprises on you this week, so don't miss it!

I guess then it's true what they say in Wizard of Oz... that if you ever go looking for something, you don't need to look any further than your own back yard.

There's no place like home.
