USE
Use of Information:
Registration: In order to register as an Apiary InterMedia customer, you must provide certain Personal Information such as your full name and email address. Under certain circumstances, you may be required to provide Apiary InterMedia with a digital copy of your government-issued photo identification, your mailing address, phone number, and a profile picture. Apiary InterMedia uses this information for verification purposes and compliance. We do not store this information without your written consent. Your acknowledgement of this policy implies no such consent to the collection, presentation, copying or other treatment of your government issued photo ID.
Subject to the disclosures indicated below in “Service Profiles”, in general, none of your account registration information will be shared with other Apiary InterMedia users. Only when a customer requests a task to be completed and an Apiary InterMedia service provider accepts the task, and the task is assigned, will Apiary InterMedia release information required to enable the customer and Apiary InterMedia to coordinate getting the task completed. This information may include Users’ email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses and full names.
Payment Information: Customers must pay for the Services via valid credit card. Apiary InterMedia uses a third party provider for this service, and relies in good faith on their quality standards of care. Please see LINK. All payment information is stored by PROCESSOR, and Apiary InterMedia does not hold, process or store any credit card or payment information directly.
Transactional Notifications: We provide notifications for certain activities relating to your use of our Services despite your indicated e-mail preferences, for example we may send you receipts or invoices for services you have purchased through the Website, notices of any updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy even if you have opted not to receive general communications from us.
Marketing Communications: If you opt-in to receive marketing communications from us, we will keep you up to date on our products and services. You may withdraw your consent to receiving marketing communications from us at any time by following the opt-out instructions in each communication.

These third parties may have limited access to databases of user information solely for the purpose of helping us to improve our technology and the Service and they will be subject to contractual restrictions prohibiting them from using the information about our participants for any other purpose.
