I’ve come to realize I don’t see things the way others do. It has nothing to do with the camera I’m always toting around, remember it’s the eyes hands and brain behind that camera that choose what IT sees.
My arthritis is killing me. My right hand on some days is virtually useless. I have visions these days of losing the use of my right hand, and what that would mean.
No more tambo…. this one saddens me. No more lifting with my right hand… this one pains me… I won’t be able to lift a pot to cook in… who will feed my people? No more shooting, sewing….
No more being the only person in the house able to open a jar. I couldn’t even open a bottle of coke on the weekend.
I have overcome afflictions of this nature before, and assume that I’ve simply overextended my right hand and that it requires rest in order to continue to serve me for however length of time I am going to need it.
And in the mean time, there’s always the left ;)
