I woke up this morning and cried.
I cried over the loss of what appeared to be a brave, and beautiful girl.
I cried cause her anxieties were so big, bigger than her ability to understand.
I cried cause nobody told her she should be proud
I cried cause nobody told her that they weren’t dictating who SHE is
they were showing her who THEY are.
I cried cause I don’t think they’ll change.
I cried cause everybody elese is crying “ANTI!”
I cried cause that’s what they always do.
Bullies are people too.
I’ve battled lots of bullies.
I’ve shown my boobs to whoever will look.
That’s not alot of people.
The turnouts to my events are proof of that.
I didn’t care, I did it anyways.
Cause I shouldn’t die over exposing what is a gift
a visible sign of my femninity
A tangible testament to my powers to sustain
attract, and retain
and I stand on this conviction.

I read the news today oh boy, and a girl took her life over what started out as an innocent exploration of the power of her femininity. Somebody took that moment, and exploited it to the point where this girl felt the real wrath of what her power engenders, the extinction of her life.
I wish someone had told this girl that the gawkers are the real freaks, and that their imposing their view on her has more to do with how THEY feel about themselves, that how she should feel about herself. I wish girls didn’t destroy themselves for the sake of proving a point. I wish men didn’t make prey of women.
Maybe I should educate girls on how to make prey of men? Wouldn’t that be a career choice. We’ll call it Cougar school, and we’ll make men of boys who are so small in their own esteem, that they go about propping themselves up on the backs of women who trust them.
I’ve had my own fair share of online exploitation. I can relate personally to this girl, and I reallly hope that her legacy brings about a wave of empowerment, and balance.
May she rest in the peace she didn’t get while she was here.
