you cannot legislate trust.
Trust broken is trust tested. Trust restored, is love.
Far be it for me to shut my mouth, part of this exercise allows me to
say stupid things on here so I don’t say them in person. It’s funny,
but I’m going “IN CAMERA” today, and though I’m accustomed to behaving
in front of a camera… I don’t have any power over these eyes. Mayor
Gray’s eyes those are.
You should always look people in the eye. Tells them you’re not afraid.
There are ways in which you shouldn’t look people in the eye… Tells
them you want a fight.
I remember when I first met Mayor Gray personally. It was on the
street corner, you know the one downtown with the hot dog vendor and
all the signs for sale in it’s windows? I wonder how much he makes
from those signs that guy…. anyways, Mayor Gray and I met in that
little store, he was wearing a bright pink tie, dark suit (haha… his
usual… I’ve also noticed he always wears the yellow golf shirt on
weekends) and I introduced myself. If anything, Mayor Gray strikes you
as a kind man.
Now that I’ve gone a few rounds with His Worship, I’ve gotta say, he’s
quite the opponent.
“You never truely know someone, until you fight them” – The Matrix
30 cops and a paddy wagon? All for me?
I’ve begged the city’s indulgence for resources on many an occasion…
their purse strings are tighter than mine…
But invest $6K of the Canadian Governments money on a show in the
park, and they shut it down with about that much worth of fuzz.
Bubbles in fountains indeed.
From a filmmakers perspective, I put on the greatest spectacle
anyone’s seen in a LONG time on a dime, and with the grandest finale
one could hope for.
Money well invested.
WE’RE FROM THE GOVERNMENT, AND WE’RE HERE TO HELP.
